How to Make a Booking

Tourism Industry Card Cardholders have access to two different types of offer:
1. TIC Member Offers
2. Westclub Offers

To see both types of offers and/or make a booking, you must be logged in as a TICWA member - enter your user name and password on the home page to log in.

Once logged in you can search the member offers by region, town, category or keyword. TIC Member offers are called “EXCLUSIVE TICWA OFFER”, all other offers are Westclub offers. Some Suppliers have offers for both Westclub and the Tourism Industry Card, suppliers have been asked to make their best offer available to the Tourism Industry Card scheme.

Bookings for TIC Member Offers

To Click on the offer you are interested in and it will take you to the product listing and booking details for that Supplier.

To book, follow the booking instructions on the product listing – you will normally have options to call or email the supplier and even to book live on line. Booking instructions will vary according to the Supplier.
Once booked, payment details will be advised by the Supplier as per the Supplier’s normal payment conditions. This may mean paying a deposit and paying the balance on arrival at the service, or paying the full amount at the time of booking. Credit card fees may apply as per the Supplier’s normal credit card charges.

Cancellation and amendment fees will apply as per the Supplier’s normal cancellation policy.

You will be required to provide your TIC member number to the Supplier when you make the booking and to produce your TIC card and photo ID on check in for your service. Failure to provide both your TIC card and Photo ID will render your exclusive TIC discount invalid and the Supplier will be entitled to charge you normal public rates.

When making the booking, please be sure to confirm to the Supplier that you are booking at the special TIC rate and reconfirm the rate to be charged. If you do not advise the Supplier of this at the time of booking the Supplier is entitled to refuse to provide the discounted rate.

Should there be any discrepancy between the TIC rate you are offered and the rate advertised on www.ticwa.com.au, please email admin@ticwa.com.au with full details so that we can contact the Supplier for clarification.

The Supplier will also advise if the special TIC rate is available at the time of booking. Availability of offers can be limited by the Supplier and generally speaking, you may find WA Long Weekends, Public Holidays and special event periods such as New Year’s Eve blocked out for this rate. This does not mean that you cannot make a booking, only that the special TIC rate may not be available. In general, the more in advance you can book, the greater the chance of the special TIC rate being available.

Please understand that short term special offers promoted in newsletters may have restricted availability compared to the normal TICWA website rate.

It is important to note that exclusive TIC offers will be limited to the card holder and in some cases one or more accompanying friends or family members (this will vary according to the Supplier - details will be on each product listing). If you wish to book extra tickets (e.g. cinema tickets) for additional friends or family, you may be able to do this at a discounted Westclub rate. There is no limit on the numbers of tickets you can purchase through Westclub offers.

General Booking Information

Not all services, e.g. attractions, restaurants and gift shops, will require a booking to be made. In these cases you will simply be required to show your Tourism Industry Card and photo ID to obtain either your TICWA or Westclub offer.

Failure to provide both your TIC card and Photo ID will render your discount invalid and the Supplier will be entitled to charge you normal public rates.

If you have any queries regarding the booking process or experience difficulties making a booking, please email admin@ticwa.com.au
